2. How to Measure

  • Use a flexible tape measure on bare skin.
  • Keep muscles relaxed and stand naturally.
  • Wrap the tape snug, not tight; round to the nearest 0.25".
  • If you’re between sizes: smaller = firmer compression, larger = more comfort.

3. Size Charts

Calf Sleeve

Measure: widest calf + just above ankle.

S: 11–13" calf / 7–8.5" above ankle
M: 13–15" / 8.5–10"
L: 15–17" / 10–11.5"
XL: 17–19" / 11.5–13"

Ankle Sleeve

Measure: around ankle bone + lower calf.

S: 7–8.5" ankle / 10–12" lower calf
M: 8.5–10" / 12–14"
L: 10–11.5" / 14–16"
XL: 11.5–13" / 16–18"

Knee Sleeve

Measure: around kneecap, plus 5" above and 5" below.

S: 12–14"
M: 14–16"
L: 16–18"
XL: 18–20"

Thigh Sleeve

Measure: upper thigh at glute fold + mid‑thigh.

S: 18–21"
M: 21–24"
L: 24–27"
XL: 27–30"

Elbow Sleeve

Measure: elbow crease + upper arm + forearm.

S: 9–10.5"
M: 10.5–12"
L: 12–13.5"
XL: 13.5–15"

Shoulder Brace

One size adjustable.

Chest: 31–55"
